How long does generation take? Is it stuck when I see the loading spinner?

If your image is particularly large or the server is experiencing high traffic, the wait time may be slightly longer. When you see a loading state on the button or a "generating" message, it means your task is still queued or processing—there's no need to repeatedly click the button or refresh the page, as this might interrupt the current task. If the wait time is significantly longer than usual, check your network connection first, then try re-uploading the image. If multiple attempts fail, contact us through the feedback option on the page.
How is the download quality? What's the difference between SD and HD?
We offer both SD and HD resolution downloads. SD is suitable for daily previews and social media sharing—smaller file size and faster loading. If you need higher quality for enlarging or more detailed use cases, you can download the HD version. HD downloads are a premium feature requiring membership subscription. Once you become a member, you can directly select HD download on the same editing page.
Where can I view my recently generated images?
At the bottom of the editing page, we provide a history section that displays all images you've generated in the current session, making it easy to quickly review your recent conversion results without having to re-upload and regenerate each time. As long as you remain on the editing page, you can access your recently generated sketch works from the history section at any time.
