Our service provides AI-powered image to sketch conversion:

• Core Functionality: Upload images and transform them into sketch-style artwork using advanced AI models
• Billing Model: Credit-based system with subscription plans available. Free users receive complimentary credits to experience the service

Acceptable Use

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You agree not to upload or generate:

• Images that infringe copyright, trademark, or privacy rights of others
• Pornographic, violent, discriminatory, hateful, or terrorist content
• Content that may cause harm to minors
• Illegal or otherwise prohibited content
• Any content violating applicable laws or regulations

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

Intellectual Property

Our website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

User Content and Generated Images

You retain ownership of images you upload. Generated sketch images can be used for both commercial and non-commercial purposes.

By uploading content, you:

• Confirm you have the right to use the original image
• Grant us a limited license to process and generate sketch versions
• Accept responsibility for ensuring your uploads do not infringe third-party rights

We do not claim ownership of generated content.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Creem (operated by Armitage Labs OÜ) as our Merchant of Record. By making a purchase, you authorize Creem to handle payment processing, tax calculations, and invoice issuance on our behalf.

• Subscriptions: Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Creem Customer Portal or your account settings
• Invoices: Invoices are issued by Creem and will be sent to your registered email address

Refund Policy

All sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds for subscription plans or credit packages. In exceptional circumstances, you may contact us at support@imagetosketch.org to discuss your situation, and we will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

Additional Prohibited Activities

You also agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or networks
• Use our services to distribute malware or other harmful code
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our AI models

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
